Consulting Process

Our first meeting is complimentary.  We will discuss your individual or corporate goals, the current situation and possible solutions.  Should we proceed, you will be provided with an Intake Questionnaire and a request for retainer.  Once the Questionnaire is returned and account is settled, we will meet again to finalize project goals and outline the details, metrics and communication requirements.

The first phase of our project is a DISCOVERY, followed by PLANNING and finally EXECUTION (in the kindest sense!).  Long-term project MONITORING will be discussed if appropriate.  Project CLOSURE signifies project completion (at any stage) with documented 'lessons learned'.
